What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For most personalized products, the minimum order quantity is 50 units. Smaller quantities are also possible—in that case, we recommend partners where you can handle the personalization yourself.

How long does production take?
That depends on your order:
- Stock items such as bottles or outerwear: approx. 2–4 weeks
- Custom production starting at 250 units directly from the supplier: approx. 2–4 months

Can the delivery time be shortened?
Yes, through express shipping. However, this involves additional costs.

Can I see a sample or proof before production?
Of course—we’d be happy to send you a sample or a digital preview.

What types of personalization are available?
We offer engraving (e.g., on bottles) and printing (e.g., on T-shirts). Logos, names, or other designs can be incorporated.

Where do you ship to?
We ship to Switzerland and throughout Europe.

Can you ship to multiple addresses (e.g., directly to employees or partners)?
Yes, that is possible. Please note that this will incur additional costs.

What are the delivery times for Switzerland and Europe?
After production/personalization, shipping usually takes place within 3–5 business days.

How sustainable is your shipping?
InSwitzerland (Swiss Post) and Germany (DHL GoGreen), we ship carbon-neutrally. For direct shipments from production (e.g., Portugal), we use standard truck transport.

Why do prices vary?
The cost depends on the amount of work involved, e.g., for complex logos, special customizations, or multiple shipping addresses.

When do volume discounts apply?
For orders of 50 or more. For smaller quantities, discounts may be available depending on the product and if you handle the customization yourself.

What payment options are available?
We will send you an invoice.

Where are the products made?
We manufacture our textiles and accessories in Europe, many of them even in Switzerland. The only exception: our stainless steel bottles—they are manufactured in a certified, fair-trade factory in China.

What materials do you use?
- Outerwear: often GOTS-certified organic cotton
- Circular products: naNea (from OceanSafe)
- Accessories & bottles: various sustainable materials depending on the product

What makes your products sustainable?
We focus on fair production in Europe, durable materials, and certified quality. In addition, we plant a tree for every product and are working step by step toward a completely circular product range.

Do you also plant a tree per product for corporate orders?
Yes—every order counts. One tree is planted per product.

What does “100% circular by 2030” mean?
Our goal is for all products to remain in the cycle: return, recycling, and reuse. We already have our first circular products, such as our Circular TreeShirts and TreeHoodies. By 2030, our entire product range is set to be circular—products that are not only recyclable but can also break down harmlessly in nature in the worst-case scenario.

Are there sample boxes or product catalogs?

Can you also offer custom product development?
Yes, once you reach a certain quantity, we'll work with you to develop customized solutions.

Can different items be combined in gift boxes?
Yes, of course—we'll put together boxes based on your preferences.

Which products are particularly suitable as corporate apparel or customer gifts?
Items that don't depend on size, such as bottles, beanies, or mugs, are very popular as gifts. Company apparel like T-shirts and hoodies is also in demand—but for those, we need a size chart.

How does the consultation process work?
Send us your inquiry, and we’ll usually get back to you within 1–3 days. You can also visit us at our flagship store in Aarau or request samples by mail.
