As soon as your circular TreeShirt or circular TreeHoodie is worn out, you can return the product to us.
Here's how it works:
1.
Have your order number and the email you used to create the order ready. You can find it in your account - click here nikinclothing.com/account/login or in the order confirmation email. If you have not purchased a NIKIN Circular product in our webshop, prepare a receipt or other proof of purchase.
2.
Fill out the form below. Simply follow the questions in the "Circular Cashback" portal and enter the information for the bank transfer.
3.
Once you have completed it, expect a response from our customer support team within two working days.

It's simple: as soon as your circular TreeShirt or circular TreeHoodie has been worn out, you can send the product back to us and we will pay you for it.
We will pay you 10 euros for the material of a TreeShirt. But that's not all: we'll also reward you for how well you've looked after the product and how long you've worn it. For every full year that you have used your TreeShirt, you will receive up to 2 euros extra - up to a maximum total of 10 euros over five years.
This means that you will be paid up to 20 euros for your TreeShirt. For the TreeHoodie, it's even up to 35 euros, of which 20 euros is for the material and up to 15 euros for wearing it for a long time. This keeps your garment in circulation and you benefit twice over.

Here's how it works:

Visit our Return Portal and enter your order number and e-mail.
Simply follow the steps in the portal and you will receive instructions for returning the products directly to your e-mail address.
