Here's how it works:

Have your order number and the email you used to create the order ready. You can find it in your account - click here nikinclothing.com/account/login or in the order confirmation email. If you have not purchased a NIKIN Circular product in our webshop, prepare a receipt or other proof of purchase.
2.
Fill out the form below. Simply follow the questions in the "Circular Cashback" portal and enter the information for the bank transfer.
3.
Once you have completed it, expect a response from our customer support team within two working days.

It's simple: as soon as your circular garment - for example a TreeShirt, TreeHoodie or Treeanie - is worn out, you can send it back to us. And we'll pay you for it.
Because you not only get something for the returned material, but also for the fact that you have worn and cared for your product for a long time. You get additional cashback for every full year of use. Spread over 5 years, you'll receive up to 25% of the original purchase price back, and depending on the product, that's between 10 and 35 euros.
This keeps your garment in the cycle: New products of the same quality are created from the returned material. Good for you and good for the environment.

Simply follow the steps in the portal and you will receive instructions for returning the products directly to your e-mail address.

But what happens when clothing does end up in the bin? This is exactly where we at NIKIN come in: With the new "Circular Cashback" program, we buy back your worn circular TreeShirts and TreeHoodies. On the one hand, we pay you a fixed amount for the value of the material and on the other hand, you get more the longer you have worn the products. Together, we close the cycle and set an example for real sustainability in the fashion industry.
