Our internal customer service in Lenzburg always has an open ear for your concerns and takes care of them as quickly as possible. Team leader Sophie and the team of around five answer all customer concerns personally by phone, WhatsApp or email. We are particularly busy around Christmas time, because that's when a lot of people order items and therefore have a lot of concerns and questions. During this time, it can take Sophie and her team 48 hours. Normally, however, you will hear from us within a day.
