Unfortunately we had to fight with technical problems in the past days. Our store is running smoothly again, but it may be that your browser has saved incorrect Cookies and therefore you can not add the item to the shopping cart. In this case we recommend you to proceed as follows:

Orders are sent to our logistics department as soon as we receive them. They race to get your package ready for dispatch as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, it is impossible to hold up the order process.
No, unfortunately, subsequent changes are not possible. Alternatively, you can place another order and return the incorrect order.

For various reasons, it can happen that certain products are temporarily not (yet) in stock. However, you can reserve and pre-order the desired product with a pre-order. We will then send you your order as soon as possible.
Shipping & Delivery
Yes, below you will find the shipping costs listed by country. For shipments to countries outside Europe, please note that depending on the amount of your order, customs duties may also apply, which you will also have to pay.
- Shipping costs Germany and Austria per order: €3.90
- Shipping costs rest of Europe per order: 4,90€.
- Shipping costs worldwide: 9,90€
Log in to your account on nikin.ch and check the order status. If you have already done so, check the email with which you created your account at NIKIN. We will inform you of any delays in dispatch by e-mail. If you do not find anything there, please contact our customer service.
Within the EU, we ship all orders with DHL GoGreen. Your order will be shipped climate-compensated and will reach you in Germany and Austria in 2-3 days. In the rest of the EU, the delivery time is 2-3 days. For orders outside the EU, we can unfortunately not give any exact information on delivery times.

Unfortunately, you can't exchange an item directly, but you can return it and place a new order straight away. This way, we can ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible.
Yes, we do not cover the costs for returns. These must be borne by you.

TreeBottle, TreeBottle Glass, TreeMug, TreeSocks, TreeMask, TreeNeckwarmer, TreeTrunks and TreeBoxers cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. Treekinis only if they still meet the hygiene standard and the protective film is still present. In addition, the TreePlanting kits and TreeAdventcalendar filled cannot be returned. Your TreeShirt Circular is broken or worn out and you want to return it to the cycle? Great! Follow the instructions of our Take-Back System and receive a prepaid shipping label to return the shirt. Only TreeShirt Circular product is accepted through the take-back system and can be returned after the return deadline.

Yes, of course.
If you have chosen to pay by invoice during the order process, you will receive an invoice from us by email. We will send an email to the email address you used to create your account on NIKIN. Please note that you will not receive the invoice until we ship your purchases.
Thus, the reminder is not next to be observed by you and has crossed with your receipt of payment.
Returns can take up to one month to process. We will inform you as soon as your return has been processed.
We will send the refund to the account/payment method you used to pay for the order. Make sure you have registered your return here.
Simply go to our website nikinclothing.com and click on Account in the top right corner. Now you can easily and quickly create an account or log in to an existing one. If you create a new account, make sure you confirm the account. To do this, go to the mail inbox of the email address you used to create the account. You should have received a confirmation email from us shortly after creating your account. Open it and confirm your new account. This completes the process.
You have access to a faster ordering process and don't always have to enter your data again. You can also view old and new orders and monitor order status.

Simply go to nikinclothing.com and click in the Search box at the top right. Enter Gift Card and select the item and then the value you want the Gift Card to have. Then proceed as you would for a traditional purchase from NIKIN. As we are a paper-free company, you will receive the gift card by mail.to the gift cards
First add your items to the shopping cart. Then go to the shopping cart, accept the terms and conditions and click on "Complete order". Now you can enter the code of your gift card on the right side.
The gift card is valid indefinitely and has no expiry date.
As gift cards are considered a form of payment, we cannot exchange them.
Yes, the amount on your gift card is the same for us as any other means of payment, so one does not exclude the other.
Vouchers & Discounts
First add your items to the shopping cart. Then go to the shopping cart, accept the terms and conditions and click on "Complete order". Now you can enter your discount code on the right side.
No, you can only redeem one discount code at a time.
Either the discount code has expired or there is a spelling mistake. Please check your discount code again. If it still doesn't work, contact customer service before your keyboard is killed.

For each item in the shop, you will find a size guide in the product description. You can use this to make sure that the item fits you.
In the shop, click on the desired size and colour for the item and enter "notify me when available". As soon as the item is available again, you will receive a message by e-mail.
With an engraving, you can give your TreeBottle Standard 500ml your own personal touch. This is possible in two font sizes and with a selection of special characters in addition to the German alphabet. We do not offer the colours navy and rose because the quality of the engraving does not meet our requirements.
Care tips & hints
Please follow the instructions that you find in the description of the items in the shop on nikin.ch and follow the washing label that is attached to the inside of your item.
This varies from product to product. Please refer to the washing label on the inside of your item.
The TreeBottle and TreeBottle Barrel are not dishwasher safe. The TreeBottle Glass, however, can be washed in the dishwasher without the lid.
We recommend washing the TreeShoes by hand with a wet rag if there are any stains on the shoe.

The tree certificate confirms that you are planting a tree with your purchase. You can indicate whether you want one or not during the ordering process. Of course, we will also plant the tree if you don't want a certificate.

Yes, we are GOTS certified. The abbreviation stands for the Global Organic textile Standard. The certification applies worldwide to the standards applied in the processing of textiles made from organically produced natural fibres. You can find out more here.
