Resolutions for you and nature
Wow, that was quick. The year 2022 is already over and, as is the case, resolutions are also part of the start of a new year. Some people may resolve to do something ("This time I'm really going to stop smoking!"), some even several things (nerds 😉). Others are persuaded by colleagues and friends at the last minute ("Okay, if I have to") and of course there are also those who completely refuse to make resolutions ("Nonsense.").
We accept everything and everyone, because we are not about resolutions but about suggestions on how you can incorporate nature into your possible resolutions. Let's go!
1. current, more current, save electricity
Here, too, opinions differ: sensible, moderate and when is cold too cold? We understand that! We don't want to say how hot or icy it can be in your home. But our advice is this: wear two sweaters! Like grandpa used to. Or the skater boys, who are only hindered by long parkas. Or like on the ski slopes. In addition to your favorite slope sweaters, you can also bring après-ski into your living room. Feel free, wear two, save electricity 😉

2. just not "Goodbye plastic"!
If you were still a little hesitant in 2022 or simply had too many other things on your mind: understandable. But 2023 could be your plastic-free year! Grab your water bottle, hang your jute bag around your neck, refuse free gifts, opt for unpackaged vegetables and grimace at online shopping full of mountains of waste. Ciao, plastic!

3. plant and work yourself up
You are spoiled for choice: plant a little tree, give up the car and always take the bike instead (we recommend a scarf for the initial phase of this resolution). Switching to public transport is also an option (we recommend an umbrella or two, real commuters lose at least one a year). What costs you a little effort is good for the environment, and in the worst-case scenario, you can give up the resolution again, because once is better than never 😉.

4. sport is murder: oh come on!
A bit of running around, dancing, climbing, swimming and so on... there's something about it! And not just effort, you just can't overdo it. What constitutes overdoing it depends on your level. If you never exercise, then start with a 5-minute walk. If you're a full pro, then it's time for your first 6000m climb... or something. Sorry, it's just your level, you have to keep developing.

5 The queen of resolutions
Unfortunately, the Queen didn't make it into 2023, but we present you with a queen of a different kind: relaxation. Now it's getting exciting for the resolution antagonist, because this resolution is not "do more" but "do less". Lie around, turn off your cell phone, relax, do nothing. A resolution for everyone and achievable for everyone. So off you go into 2023 and relax for once!
