Questions about outlet products
Outlet products are products with minor defects or those that have been returned. Obsolete models that are no longer produced by us or will be discontinued in the foreseeable future also end up in the outlet. These are products that we do not want to sell for the normal price.
Possible defects are, for example:
- The item is slightly damaged (unsightly seams, printing or embroidery errors, logo not sewn on properly, tears, holes, scratches, material defects, etc.).
- The item has been returned by the customer. This means that the packaging has been removed, the item may have already been washed once, may show signs of soiling, etc.).
We only sell outlet products that have minimal flaws and that we can still sell on with a clear conscience.

Yes, a tree is also planted for every outlet product sold. Accordingly, you will also receive a tree planting certificate when you purchase a product. You can find more information about "planting trees" here.

The physical outlet at our location in Lenzburg has already taken place. Our outlet stock (see "Questions about outlet products") is offered there at reduced prices. In this way, we avoid throwing away defective but still usable products. Questions about special offers
Yes, all generally valid discount codes can also be redeemed during the Outlet Sale. Generally valid are non-product-specific discounts, such as "10% off your entire order". Discount codes for combo promotions are not applicable.
No. As Outlet products are already offered at a reduced price, combo promotions, such as the current "3 for 2 - Choose three TreeSocks of your choice and pay for two!" promotion, are not valid for Outlet products.
Questions about warranty and returns
Within the statutory withdrawal period of 14 days. The following applies to used goods: "If the defect occurs after one year from delivery of the goods, claims for defects are excluded. Defects that occur within one year of delivery of the goods can be claimed within the statutory limitation period of two years from delivery of the goods." (see GTC)
An exchange of outlet products is possible within the legal framework (see GTC). However, many items are not available in all sizes or colors, which can lead to misunderstandings in the event of an exchange and thus to disproportionately high administrative and logistical costs. NIKIN therefore advises against exchanges.
